Welcome
Hi, my name is Sara Bitting and I’m a licensed therapist. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I have a license in clinical social work and have been working closely with people of all walks of life for over a decade. I started out my journey in hospice care working with families and individuals at the end of their life. I then transitioned to a substance use clinic where I helped individuals in their sobriety journey and became a recovery coach. After that, I worked for several years with foster and adoptive families helping them navigate the stresses of the court system whilst blending families and healing traumas. I’ve now been in private practice for three years and specialize in trauma, attachment, major transitions, neurodivergence, couple work, and parent coaching. I have extensive experience helping people rebuild connections in order to create more peace and harmony, whether individuals looking for connection, kids with their parents or among romantic partners.
On a personal level, I’ve been married to my husband for 12 years after five years of dating and we have two daughters together. We’ve been together since high school. We enjoy traveling and camping as family. I also enjoy yoga, reading, gardening, hiking, and baking.
